This car is a tribute to the special bond between a father and son, that first began at the 1966 New York International Auto Show, where Darren Frank’s father selected a brand-new Iso Grifo and later purchased it directly from the factory in Bresso, Italy. The Grifo became the center of countless shared memories of drives and simple time together before it was destroyed in an accident in 1968. Though his father passed away in 1970, the car remained a powerful connection to him, preserved through photos, brochures, and memories. Determined to honor that legacy, Frank fulfilled a promise to himself by purchasing his own Iso Grifo in 1989. This is one of just 412 built between 1965 and 1974.
